When properly prepared and submitted, Special Claims can significantly reduce financial loss; however, errors in documentation or timing often result in delayed or denied claims.

You will have two payment options: credit or debit card, or the convenient pay-later option by selecting the invoice button.

Once the payment process is complete, you will be redirected to a page where you can enter the names and email addresses of the attendees. If necessary, you can log into your account to update or edit the attendee information. Alternatively, if you opt to pay later using an invoice, you can submit the attendee names, and an invoice will be automatically generated with the information you provide.

Cancellations made up to fifteen days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a refund, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee per person, applicable to both webinars and in-person events. KBL Housing Consultants reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or attendees may choose to attend another class of equal value. Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Additionally, once a purchase has been made, no refunds will be given for recorded webinars, in-house training, or additional items such as quizzes and forms.

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of KBL Housing Consultants, such as natural disasters, technical issues, power outages, internet outages, or speaker illness, which prevent the webinar from taking place as scheduled, an alternate date will be arranged within two weeks. If an attendee is unable to attend the rescheduled date, they will be offered access to the webinar recording instead.

Accessing Presentation Materials

Following the presentation, transcripts are typically provided complimentary, with some exceptions. Additional resources, such as quizzes, forms, and recording copies, may incur a separate fee. Details about these add-ons can be found in the webinar's description.

Recording Access and Refund Policy

If you purchase a webinar or training recording, you'll have 30 days to access and review the content. Please note that all sales are final for add-ons, including quizzes, transcripts, recordings, and forms. No refunds will be issued for these items once purchased.

Completing Attendee Registration

After successfully making a payment via credit/debit card or PayPal, you'll be redirected to our attendee submission form. Please submit the names and email addresses of the attendees, double-checking the spelling of the email addresses.
