Dwayne T. Legrant, President and CEO of Omni Property Management Services, brings over 30 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. A native New Yorker, Dwayne grew up surrounded by the industry, with parents who worked and retired from the New York City Housing Authority.

A Webster University MBA graduate with a concentration in management, Dwayne's career spans managing affordable housing across the Southeast. Previously, as Regional Property Manager, he oversaw 10 properties with various subsidized programs, including Section 8, Section 42, and Rural Housing Services.

Cancellations made up to fifteen days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a refund, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee per person, applicable to both webinars and in-person events. KBL Housing Consultants reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or attendees may choose to attend another class of equal value. Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows. In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of KBL Housing Consultants, such as natural disasters, technical issues, power outages, internet outages, or speaker illness, which prevent the webinar from taking place as scheduled, an alternate date will be arranged within two weeks. If an attendee is unable to attend the rescheduled date, they will be offered access to the webinar recording instead.

Accessing Presentation Materials

Recording Access and Refund Policy
