Dwayne T. Legrant, President and CEO of Omni Property Management Services, brings over 30 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. A native New Yorker, Dwayne grew up surrounded by the industry, with parents who worked and retired from the New York City Housing Authority.

A Webster University MBA graduate with a concentration in management, Dwayne's career spans managing affordable housing across the Southeast. Previously, as Regional Property Manager, he oversaw 10 properties with various subsidized programs, including Section 8, Section 42, and Rural Housing Services.

Dwayne holds multiple professional designations, including NAHPe, SHCM, and HCCP, awarded by the National Assisted Housing Management Association and the National Home Builders Association. His expertise encompasses compliance management, technical assistance, and software support.

Once the payment process is complete, you will be redirected to a page where you can enter the names and email addresses of the attendees. Alternatively, if you opt to pay later using an invoice, you can submit the attendee names, and an invoice will be automatically generated with the information you provide.

Cancellations made up to fifteen days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a refund, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee per person, applicable to both webinars and in-person events. KBL Housing Consultants reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or attendees may choose to attend another class of equal value. Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Additionally, once a purchase has been made, no refunds will be given for recorded webinars, in-house training, or additional items such as quizzes and forms.

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of KBL Housing Consultants, such as natural disasters, technical issues, power outages, internet outages, or speaker illness, which prevent the webinar from taking place as scheduled, an alternate date will be arranged within two weeks. If an attendee is unable to attend the rescheduled date, they will be offered access to the webinar recording instead.

Accessing Presentation Materials

Following the presentation, transcripts are typically provided complimentary, with some exceptions. Additional resources, such as quizzes, forms, and recording copies, may incur a separate fee. Details about these add-ons can be found in the webinar's description.

Recording Access and Refund Policy
