Leslie Williams began her career 32 years ago, in the property management field and currently oversees the day-to-day management and operations of 14 multifamily housing communities consisting of various funding sources in the Carolinas. Areas of expertise include the following: Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HUD Financed Assets, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, HOME, and the Housing Trust Program.

Ms. Williams company Superior Management, LLC is one of the largest African American Women-Owned Property Management Companies in the Carolinas and her company is best known for taking troubled properties and turning them around both physically and financially. She holds the following designations: PMIC (Property Manager-In-Charge), HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional), CPO (Certified Professional of Occupancy), CAHM (Certified Assisted Housing Manager), and FHC (Fair Housing Coordinator) and currently serves as the Chair of the City of Columbia Property Maintenance Board of Appeals.

We offer two convenient options for credit card payments. You can choose to process your payment securely through our trusted payment processor, Stripe, or opt for a seamless redirection to PayPal. Rest assured that the transaction process is entirely handled by either Stripe or PayPal, ensuring the utmost security for your card information. KBL Housing Consultants does not have access to your sensitive card details.

To proceed with your payment, please log in or sign up for an account. You will have two payment options: credit or debit card, or the convenient pay-later option by selecting the invoice button.

Once the payment process is complete, you will be redirected to a page where you can enter the names and email addresses of the attendees. If necessary, you can log into your account to update or edit the attendee information. Alternatively, if you opt to pay later using an invoice, you can submit the attendee names, and an invoice will be automatically generated with the information you provide.

Cancellations made up to fifteen days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a refund, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee per person, applicable to both webinars and in-person events. KBL Housing Consultants reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or attendees may choose to attend another class of equal value. Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Additionally, once a purchase has been made, no refunds will be given for recorded webinars, in-house training, or additional items such as quizzes and forms.

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of KBL Housing Consultants, such as natural disasters, technical issues, power outages, internet outages, or speaker illness, which prevent the webinar from taking place as scheduled, an alternate date will be arranged within two weeks. If an attendee is unable to attend the rescheduled date, they will be offered access to the webinar recording instead.

Accessing Presentation Materials

Following the presentation, transcripts are typically provided complimentary, with some exceptions. Additional resources, such as quizzes, forms, and recording copies, may incur a separate fee. Details about these add-ons can be found in the webinar's description.

Recording Access and Refund Policy
