Previously, as Regional Property Manager, he oversaw 10 properties with various subsidized programs, including Section 8, Section 42, and Rural Housing Services.

Alternatively, if you opt to pay later using an invoice, you can submit the attendee names, and an invoice will be automatically generated with the information you provide.

Cancellations made up to fifteen days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a refund, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee per person, applicable to both webinars and in-person events. KBL Housing Consultants reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or attendees may choose to attend another class of equal value. Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Additionally, once a purchase has been made, no refunds will be given for recorded webinars, in-house training, or additional items such as quizzes and forms.

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of KBL Housing Consultants, such as natural disasters, technical issues, power outages, internet outages, or speaker illness, which prevent the webinar from taking place as scheduled, an alternate date will be arranged within two weeks. If an attendee is unable to attend the rescheduled date, they will be offered access to the webinar recording instead.

Accessing Presentation Materials
