Leslie Williams began her career 32 years ago, in the property management field and currently oversees the day-to-day management and operations of 14 multifamily housing communities consisting of various funding sources in the Carolinas. Areas of expertise include the following: Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HUD Financed Assets, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, HOME, and the Housing Trust Program.

Cancellations made up to fifteen days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a refund, with a deduction of a $50.00 cancellation fee per person for both webinars and in-person events. KBL Housing Consultants reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or you may choose to attend another class of the same value. Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows. In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of KBL Housing Consultants, such as natural disasters, technical issues, power outages, internet outages, or speaker illness, which prevent the webinar from taking place as scheduled, an alternate date will be arranged within two weeks. If an attendee is unable to attend the rescheduled date, they will be offered access to the recording of the webinar instead.
