This one-day NSPIRE Compliance Training provides a practical overview of HUD’s National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) and how the standards are applied during inspections across HCV, PBV, Public Housing, and Multifamily programs. Participants will gain clarity on NSPIRE inspection methodology, scoring concepts, and health and safety priorities that impact inspection outcomes.

Through real-world examples, this session equips attendees with practical strategies for understanding how deficiencies are identified, classified, and evaluated during NSPIRE inspections. By the end of this training, participants will be better prepared to support inspection readiness, reduce inspection risk, and align property maintenance practices with NSPIRE requirements.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this training, participants will be able to explain how NSPIRE inspections are conducted and how the standards apply across HUD housing programs. Attendees will understand how deficiencies are classified, how health and safety conditions affect inspection outcomes, and how commonly cited risk areas are evaluated during inspections. Participants will also gain practical insight into preparing properties for NSPIRE inspections, using inspection checklists effectively, and supporting consistent inspection readiness.

Once the payment process is complete, you will be redirected to a page where you can enter the names and email addresses of the attendees. If necessary, you can log into your account to update or edit the attendee information. Alternatively, if you opt to pay later using an invoice, you can submit the attendee names, and an invoice will be automatically generated with the information you provide.

Cancellations made up to fifteen days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a refund, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee per person, applicable to both webinars and in-person events. KBL Housing Consultants reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or attendees may choose to attend another class of equal value. Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Additionally, once a purchase has been made, no refunds will be given for recorded webinars, in-house training, or additional items such as quizzes and forms.

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of KBL Housing Consultants, such as natural disasters, technical issues, power outages, internet outages, or speaker illness, which prevent the webinar from taking place as scheduled, an alternate date will be arranged within two weeks. If an attendee is unable to attend the rescheduled date, they will be offered access to the webinar recording instead.

Accessing Presentation Materials

Following the presentation, transcripts are typically provided complimentary, with some exceptions. Additional resources, such as quizzes, forms, and recording copies, may incur a separate fee. Details about these add-ons can be found in the webinar's description.

Recording Access and Refund Policy
