To proceed with your payment, we kindly request that you either log in or sign up for an account. Once you have made your selection of the desired webinar or training session, simply choose from the available purchase options and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will have two payment options at your disposal: credit or debit card, or the convenient pay-later option by selecting the invoice button. Once the payment process is complete, you will be redirected to a page where you can enter the names and email addresses of the attendees.

If necessary, you can always log into your account to update or edit the attendee information. Alternatively, if you opt to pay later using an invoice, you can submit the attendee names, and an invoice will be automatically generated with the information you provide.

Cancellations made up to fifteen days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a refund, with a deduction of a $50.00 cancellation fee per person for both webinars and in-person events. KBL Housing Consultants reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or you may choose to attend another class of the same value. Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Additionally, once a purchase has been made, no refunds will be given for recorded webinars, in-house training, or any additional items such as quizzes and forms.

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of KBL Housing Consultants, such as natural disasters, technical issues, power outages, internet outages, or speaker illness, which prevent the webinar from taking place as scheduled, an alternate date will be arranged within two weeks. If an attendee is unable to attend the rescheduled date, they will be offered access to the recording of the webinar instead.

Quizzes/Forms/Transcripts/Recordings

Transcripts of the presentation are generally provided for free, with a few exceptions. Additional charges may apply for quizzes, forms, and copies of the recordings. Detailed information about quizzes and forms will be available in the webinar's details.

If you purchase a webinar or training recording, you will have thirty days to access and review it. Please be aware that once a purchase is made, no refunds will be issued for add-ons like quizzes, transcripts, recordings, and forms.

Submitting Attendee Information

Upon selecting the "Pay Now (Credit or Debit Card)" or "PayPal" (Pay With PayPal) option and your payment is successfully made, you will be redirected back to our attendee submission form. At this point, we kindly request that you submit the names and email addresses of the attendees. (Please double check the spelling of the email address).

Alternatively, if you opt for the "Pay by Check" option, you can conveniently enter the attendees' names and email addresses by simply clicking the "Proceed" button.

To ensure accuracy and flexibility, you have the ability to update or edit the attendee information at any time by logging into your account.

We kindly ask that you provide the attendee information prior to the start of the training. Failing to do so or inaccurately entering the attendees' names and email addresses using the aforementioned process may result in a delay or failure to receive the training link. In such cases, please be aware that refunds will not be issued.
