She holds the following designations: PMIC (Property Manager-In-Charge), HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional), CPO (Certified Professional of Occupancy), CAHM (Certified Assisted Housing Manager), and FHC (Fair Housing Coordinator) and currently serves as the Chair of the City of Columbia Property Maintenance Board of Appeals.
Cancellations made up to fifteen days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a refund, with a deduction of a $50.00 cancellation fee per person for both webinars and in-person events. KBL Housing Consultants reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or you may choose to attend another class of the same value. Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows. In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of KBL Housing Consultants, such as natural disasters, technical issues, power outages, internet outages, or speaker illness, which prevent the webinar from taking place as scheduled, an alternate date will be arranged within two weeks. If an attendee is unable to attend the rescheduled date, they will be offered access to the recording of the webinar instead.
